Log A Request
Our online form will help you provide all important information to our team to help resolve your support request quickly. Forget to mention something in the initial query? Just create an additional comment. Got files to send? Email or FTP them.

Status Check Your Request
In one glance, you can review everything about your support request online. You will also receive emails while your support request is in progress to you to keep you up-to-date.

Close Your Case
Once you confirm that your case has been resolved, your case will be closed. You can also close it yourself at any time.
